If you ever want to visit Seoul, I recommend coming when it’s spring in Korea.
Summer is uncomfortably hot, humid, and hazy. There are a ton of mosquitoes and the cicadas are out and if you’ve never heard them, they make a very annoying (very loud) buzzing sound.
But spring is one of those sweet spots when the weather is perfect and the forest is alive with flowers. Cherry blossoms are all over the place and when the wind blows it looks like it’s snowing. It’s really incredible.
Looking for something fun to do other than hike? Pick out a few spring festivals to enjoy.
